You’ve invested hard work, long hours, and your passion into your business. You’ve proven that people will pay for your ideas. You’ve managed to lead your company up the hill of success. Every new hire, every new client, and every new sale is a testament to that success.
And yet… you miss the availability of peers who understand your struggles.
Despite mounting success, smart and capable women end up in a rat race against their own self-doubts and high expectations. They hustle from sunup to sundown and fill their weekends with tasks — until they’re staring at the business end of burnout.
Plus, it’s lonely at the top. As a leader, you spend all day talking through sales calls, guiding the team and leading meetings to plan the next conquest. What you don’t have is a like-minded confidant on a similar path. You don’t have the right people to offer tips or advice along your journey.

We’ve read the studies that prove it. Women are more likely to start a business by themselves. In fact, 82.5% of women entrepreneurs began their company as a solo venture, compared to 69.8% of men who started a business alone.

In the same study, women entrepreneurs said they were less confident than their male counterparts about their future. A whopping 64.7% of men reported feeling “confident” about their business outlook. Only 48.2% of women had the same level of confidence.

Even as they grow, women business owners are half as likely to add a partner to their venture than men are. Further, less than 2% of women-owned businesses ever reach $1 million in revenue.

We want a space where women don’t fight to be heard. Walking the tightrope between leading with authority and not bruising egos can be exhausting. Our structure removes that pressure.
